Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jiji1 Casino ("jiji1," "the Platform," "we," "us") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiji1 platform and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting features, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By accessing the jiji1 website at jiji1.app, creating a player account, or using any feature of the jiji1 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of jiji1 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jiji1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR. jiji1 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiji1 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the jiji1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

jiji1 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or UMID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable regulations

jiji1 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be permanently closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiji1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiji1 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the jiji1 cashier section and may vary by payment method. jiji1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jiji1 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 60 seconds for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

Bonuses & Promotions

jiji1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• jiji1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• jiji1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiji1 platform — including slots, live baccarat, fishing arcade games, bingo, and 3-Hand Casino Hold'em — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

jiji1 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, jiji1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jiji1 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jiji1 games or systems
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jiji1 systems
• Attempting to launder money or use jiji1 for any illegal financial activity

Account Suspension & Closure

jiji1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and pending investigations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Responsible Gaming

jiji1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiji1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiji1 content without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jiji1 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

jiji1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiji1 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the jiji1 platform at their own risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and jiji1, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiji1's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

Amendments to These Terms

jiji1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jiji1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jiji1 customer support.
